Automated Custom Roll Forming Machine for Silo Manufacturing

We’re thrilled about the successful completion of our latest project, which involved the electrical design and installation of an electrical control system for a fully automated machine.

Here’s a glimpse into what we achieved:

• Utilised a Rockwell Automation Compact GuardLogix® PLC Controller and an Allen-Bradley OptixPanel™ graphic terminal.
• Integrated a SEW EURODRIVE. MOVI-C® MOVIDRIVE® modular multi-axis system for a cutting-edge drive system.
• Developed a comprehensive Safety Requirement Specification to ensure compliance with standards and enhance user safety.

Our team meticulously crafted the following deliverables:

• Detailed electrical design and drafting, including cable schedules, single-line diagrams, and control schematics.
• System programming, encompassing PLC configuration, HMI project development, and implementation of machine interlocks and safety systems.
• Electrical installation and commissioning of main MCC, decentralized pneumatic solenoids, encoders, sensors, and more.
• Thorough wet and dry commissioning to ensure seamless operation as per the functional description.
